Dear Sir,

Respectfully it is stated that I am living in (City name) in Ward#315. I want to inform you via this letter that the conditions in my streets and on roads are miserable. The hacks of garbage and mess are lying everywhere.

There is a lot of pollution because of sewerage water which has been spread over roads because of blockage in gutter system. Sir, these hacks of garbage and boiling gutters' water are causing cholerae, malaria and other diseases. Moreover this has been the hub of mosquitoes which cause dengee fever. Also this unwanted water makes students and other people difficulty to cross roads.

The duty of government sweeper had not been seen in our Ward for months. You are requested to send some government sweepers who cleans out this mess. I shall be grateful to you forever.
