Umme Rubab Chandio Case Details:

On 17 January 2018 Ume Rubab chandio father,uncle and her grandfather were murdered in Dadu's Taluka Mehar. FIR of triple murder was lodged on Chandio tribe's chief and PPP lawmaker from Sindh Sardar Khan Chandio as well as his brother Sardar Khan chandio, Ali Gohar Chandio, Sattar Chandio, Sikander Chandio on  the complaint of Pervaz Ahmed Chandio.

Ume Rubab Chandio is struggling from last 17 months but very unluckly to say that daughters of Sindh need to protest with naked feet for their justice but still one cares and takes notice of our such mourning protest.

Umme Rubab Chandio about case says, "Very saddened to say that I have to go everywhere with naked foots for the justice but still justice is not provided. No one is thinking that three men murdered at a time in our home and no any our elder is left with us and how we are living our life. We are living in  hurdles but one who murdered our elders are still free and living royal life in their palaces. I have left no any possible type of protest. I went court with naked feet,I sat on hunger strikes ,even I sat on the roads in front of the vehicle of that times sitting Chief justice of Pakistan Chief Justice Saqib Nasir. The murderers are sitting MPAs of PPP  and they have their provincial government so they pressurize me by different ways sometimes the pressurize me to leave the case through police while sometimes by their personal guards as they are all terrorist type men but we are not in those who fears from this cruelty because we know that the help of the Supreme Power Allah is always with poor and one who had been suffering from cruelty and injustice. Whatever I have life and strength i will use it only for justice. My father  was murdered because he kept the basis of a committee which was against feudalism. We are still standing against these Sardars and Feudals."

Umme Rabab's father is Mukhtiar Chandio founded a committee with the name of Tumgar Council, whose main purpose was to eliminate this feudalism and Sardari System make public free to live their life with their will. The murderers two MPAs Burhan Khan chandio and Sardar Khan Chandio. Mukhtiar Ali Chandio demaded Sardars to give the complete rights of poor and make them free to live. But they refused to do that. By that act father became rebel from this cruelness. 

As other people also started joining hands with Umme Rubab's father. Sardars thought that movement can destroy their feudalism and cruelness so they murdered Umme Rabab's father Mukhtiar ,uncle Kabil and her grandfather Karamullah Chandio.

The main suspect of Umme Rabab's case  Murtaza Chandio was arrested few days ago by Kashmore police while escaping to Balochistan border while other suspects are being released by court on the bails. On 11 September 2021 court ordered to include two of PPP MPAs' names in murder case of Umme Rabab's Father uncle and grandfathers murder case.
