2. To: recipient’s email id
3. Cc: Other individuals receiving the same mail with visible ids
4. Bcc: Other individuals receiving the same mail with invisible ids
5. Subject: Title or reason of writing mail
6. Salutation: Words like Dear, Respected , Hi etc.
7. Main Body: i) Introduction ii) Matter in detail iii) Conclusions
8. Closing: Ending statement
9. Attachments: Attached files with email
10. Signature Line: Sender’s name, signature and other details of contact

Hello mates,

I am sending you this email as an invitation of cleanliness campaign. Basically, this campaign aims to aware people for cleanliness in its general means. This may include your neighborhood, your colleges, schools, universities etc.

As you already know how cleanliness is important for healthy and environment friendly biosphere. The science and each religion says that you should to stay healthy. For healthy you should to focus on cleanliness that is an important factor. I don't feel need for defining more importance of cleanliness.
