Steps to  find copyright notice setting in Bing webmaster tools: 

1) First go to browser and search Bing webmaster tools.

2) Then open Bing homepage if you haven't still verified on bing then do it. You will see such type of interface.

3)  In left top corner click on three lines or menu. Now you will see such type of interface.

4) After opening menu click on Security and privacy option at bottom. As highlighted below in image.

5) After clicking security and privacy option then you will see drop down option of ©

Copyright Removal Notices. Click on it as shown in image below.

6) After opening above option you will see such type of page. If there is any notice then you can fix it. As shown in image there is no any notice.
